Shipping Rates & Policies

fix2U provides shipping to Australian destinations only via Australia Post and Startrack.  Standard and Express Shipping options come with a tracking number. All orders must be placed before 3:30 PM to be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after 3:30 PM may be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (unless Monday is a public holiday). Severe weather and public holidays may delay your order.

 

 

Postage and shipping is charged as follows:  

Standard Shipping ("Parcel Post") :

Standard Shipping costs using Australian Post Parcel Post is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 Business Days.

Express Shipping :

Express Shipping costs using Australian Post Express Post is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, with an estimated delivery of Next Business Day within in the Express Post Network. We may not be able to send some items via Express Post, this includes batteries and other dangerous goods. In the event where express shipping is selected for these items, we'll refund you the difference in postage and dispatch the items via Parcel Post.

PLEASE NOTE

Title to any Parts and Accessories the risk of loss will pass from fix2U to the Customer, and the Parts and Accessories will be deemed accepted, as soon as they are made available to the carrier at fix2U's point of shipment. If Parts and Accessories are lost or damaged during shipping, it is the Customer’s responsibility as the recipient of the goods to pursue any available remedies with the carrier.
